Services Provided

I provide individual child and adult psychotherapy services, with regularly scheduled weekly appointments. I aim to create a space that honors your perspective and allows you to feel seen while allowing you to tap into your inherent wisdom and ability to heal. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies, including psychodynamic and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in my approach. The benefits you obtain from therapy depend a lot on how good of a fit it is between patient and therapist.

In our first sessions we'll talk about what led you to seek therapy and get a better sense of how we work with one another. During the course of treatment, we may work through the causes of your distress using EMDR, a therapy using a combination of somatic and mindfulness-based practices to work through beliefs, thoughts and memories that no longer serve you; you can learn more about EMDR here. I also sometimes use art modalities in sessions.

I am a pre-licensed National Certified Counselor, working towards my full license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I am committed to providing you with high quality mental health services and look forward to working with you!
